Opportunities with the Academy of Social Sciences Deadline Imminent

The Political Studies Association is a member learned society of the Academy which means we are able to offer these opportunities to our members - to develop their skills and experience and, in doing so, support the wider social sciences community

Interested in joining the Academy’s council?

Members of the Political Studies Association can be considered as a candidate for election to the academy’s council (Please note: you do not need to be a Fellow to join the council).

There are three council vacancies available for representatives of affiliated Learned Societies. Interested candidates should please read the information on the Academy’s website and complete a Declaration of Candidacy Form.

Interested in becoming a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences?

As an AcSS affiliated learned society we can also make nominations for fellowship to the academy.

Please send us your supporting statement (maximum 500 words) to nominations@psa.ac.uk along with your four-page CV by 15 May 2024 for consideration by a committee of current and past PSA trustees.
