The call for papers is now open. Paper proposal submissions can be submitted here and should be received by 28th May 2024. Any questions about EPOP 2024 can be sent to the organisers: Marta Cantijoch and Nicole Martin

We will also be hosting a pre-EPOP event for PhD students and early career researchers titled “Making sense of politics in a year of change for the UK and the EU” in association with UK in a Changing Europe (UKICE). This will occur on Wednesday 11th September 2024. Proposals are welcome on any aspect of politics research. Work focussed on British or European politics and publics opinion, election in the UK, the EU and EU member states, and UK-EU relations, is particularly encouraged. Presentations on work in progress are also encouraged. This event is an opportunity to present your work in a friendly and supportive environment, meet with other early career researchers and doctoral students and participate in mentoring and career development activities. Lunch and dinner are provided at the event.

Funding is available to cover transport and accommodation costs (£250 per attendee maximum).

If you would like to participate in this pre-EPOP event, please send a short (max 250 words) paper abstract or panel proposal to rob.ford@manchester.ac.uk by June 14th 2024.
